Jack’s jaw literally dropped when he peered inside your window, seeing you decked out in fancy clothes for your prom. You wore a light blue, strapless dress, with a tulle skirt that rested just above your knees, and a very sparkly bodice with a sweetheart neckline. You wore white Converse with white sparkly tights; your __h/c__ hair hung down in loose waves. It was at that moment that Jack decided you were the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.
Jack’s heart sunk though, when, with one final glance in the mirror, you exited the room, going downstairs and greeting your parents and your…date. Of course you had a date. You couldn’t see him anymore, why had he hoped that you would remember him?
When you were younger, you could see him. And the two of you would laugh and have snowball fights, and go sledding, and just, have fun. You see, you were close friends with Natasha, and after she joined the Avengers, she told Fury how you were pretty skilled in combat. This had led to you joining the Avengers, moving into Stark Tower, and meeting Steve. You and Steve had gotten really close, and it was not too long after that that you realized you were falling for him.

“Not a chance Evans!” He hollered back. You looked again at your cousin, who was staring at the floor dejectedly. You slowly stood up, stretched, and started to walk over to where Lily was getting harassed.
You snuck up behind James and pressed your wand lazily to his throat.
“Potter, would you please leave her alone?” You asked, a bored tone in your voice. Potter turned to look at you, his eyes glinted mischievously.
