She doesn't think she can draw, but if I could draw like her I'd be ridiculously happy. Her drawing style is adorable.

I just recently discovered her work, but I knew instantly that I could learn a lot just from looking at her 3D-modeling and texturing deviations.
MCM LondonSo I spent this weekend strolling the halls of the excel centre in London for this May's comic con. I had a really great time and brought so much great artwork, and t-shirts. I meet some great people and remembered why I like that place so much.
I also got to see cosplay video creators sneaky zebra in action
Did any of you go this weekend and if so what was your favourite part ?
UpdateI am still here but doing background stuff such as chat or features. I've not been in the mood to do digital art at the minute and haven't had a chance to gather and scan the traditional stuff I've done.
It'll probably stay this way for the next few months due to life, but thank you for sticking around for now

Inspiration Project Needs SuggestionsFor the last few months I have been running a project that many of you may have seen, it features deviants that members of the dA community find inspiring. It has been ticking away nicely until recently as I have had a lack of suggestions. So I ask you the members of All-dArts if you could spare 5 minutes and get involved to keep the project going.

Thanks for your time

Creating your own MangaIntroduction
You have a great story, a bunch of characters and you want to create a manga. However, where do you start? Do you have it Left->Right or Right->Left? How should you publish it (*note: some publishers may have additional requirements/restrictions)?
The process is pretty much the same for any graphic progression such as comics.
Luckily, there are a great number of tutorials to help you on your way.
A storyboard is a panel or series of panels which detail the sequence of significant events in a planned scene, i.e. a rough sketch coupled with some words to describe the actions in the scene.
At this point you'd need to have an idea of whether you are making a left->right or right->left manga.
Photoshop tutorial- PS basics 4I'm back with my journal tutorials for Photoshop. I didn't post any new journal tutorial in a while. Anyway, my previous tutorial you can check here. I'll describe some Photoshop basics for everyone who try to learn to use Photoshop. So in this article you'll find tutorials: Tilt-Shift, Customizing brush 2, Lens Flare, Mask Tool,.
If you wish to see images in full resolution then simply click on the images below (they are big 1920 x 1080 px). I used Photoshop CC here, so some things may be different in lower PS versions. But most of things may be the same in all PS versions. I'll make even more tutorials like this, so stay tuned. And if you like it, then you can fav this article. Thank you and enjoy. I hope it's helpful. More tutorials by me you can see in feature below.
PE: How to Scan and Adjust ImagesTutorial Time: How to scan and adjust images on Photoshop!
Hello everyone, welcome to this tutorial article of PE week!
well, you know, there is this youtube channel where there's lots of videos regaring tips, tricks and general advice for artists, and it is the best I've seen of the kind. But sadly, it is only in portuguese - hence why cinyu came up with the great idea of getting me to translate one of their videos!
I decided to pick up this one regarding scanning and adjusting images on photoshop, because that is one of the most basic, yet worst parts for many traditional artists. This tutorial is mostly for scanning black and white works, so it'll be more useful if you're working on manga/comic pages or inked art, but I hope it'll give you some ideas and help out in general on how scanning works.
I'll be translating the most important parts of the video, along with screenshots. Let's get started!
Things you'll need:
When It's HardHi folks! I realized in my most recent round of blogs that I've been a little quick to tell you all to put on your grown up panties, but this one is going to be a little different. Making art can be one of the most exhilarating things you'll ever do, but (and this is from personal experience also) 80% of the time you're going to fail. You'll spill your ink all over that glorious drawing. Oil from your hands will permanently stain only the portion of paper that was meant to remain a snowy white. Your computer's hard drive will crash or all your image files (all the WIPs especially) will get corrupted. You'll try something new and it just won't work out the way you envisioned. These things are the parts that aren't really spoken about enough, and so when they happen to us we assume that we're doing something terribly wrong. I'm here to tell you that we all go through these things and there's always a solution!
When you're not improving

How to render MMD videos like a pro!
The DeviantArt MMD community is notorious for its drama and mini-conflicts. It has also been the one in which I've encountered some of the rudest people on the Internet. However, I have also been rather fortunate in being able to become acquainted with some of the nicest, talented and knowledgeable people I've ever encountered anywhere. Many of these have graced my gallery with their visits, comments, encouragement and attentions. And a few, perhaps some of the most talented, have graciously given me access to hard to get models, exclusive previews of their MMD work and even insights into their methods of doing things.
Occasionally, I am gifted with real gems and this was the case when garmus1 dropped a note in my inbox the other night. Apart from the depth of knowledge that he gives into his methods, he's also given me permission to share that knowledge with the rest of the community.
Now, I know that some of you will have, after reading only
