To begin with, I would like to congratulate you on pulling this off. I can't begin to imagine the immense patience and dedication this must have required.

The flower is very near perfect. Even if I were to point out that the blending on some of the petals could have been much more smoother, I am quite happy that they aren't. This looks very photograph-like due to your hyperrealistic manner of painting, so I think that slight - for lack of a better word - discrepancy is quite welcome and refreshing.

Apart from agreeing with you that the lower half of the flower does look a bit dull in comparison to the top half, the only other things I can suggest you reconsider are: a) the background. While it helps the flower stand out, it is also very stark and abrupt. b) You have already made modifications to your watermark. But, perhaps you may like to consider, say, a different font? One that will complement the subject of your painting better. Since it's not just the flower but the entirety of your presentation that is your artwork.
